Duncan Cameron has previously operated independent hotels and managed regional hotel groups as General Manager. He has been a Quality Audit Inspector of 2,000+ hotels, often undercover, for international brands such as Marriott. Duncan has firsthand experience of "What is the customer's journey?" and how to evaluate which guest intelligence can answer operational needs, grow guest delight, and drive revenues, rebooking rates and ROI.

We are a software product team too, intent on disrupting the way data fuses with the authentic hospitality of guest welcome and service.

"Fresh-from-guest" intelligence needs to equip staff teams "in the moment'. Context is everything, and for the team to excel and enjoy their delivery of service to guests, they need rich intelligence particular to their unique venue, service capabilities, site geography and team culture.

John Snyder co-founded the global contextual intelligence software company Grapeshot. Used in 148 countries it was a global leader in contextually placing advertising brands within internet pages, millions of times a second. Grapeshot was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2018.

Unique contextual intelligence for each unique brand, each unique agency team, and for each unique ad campaign - has parallels with the hospitality sector pivoting towards digital tools to help hyper-personalize the guest's journey.

Guest intelligence, rather than internet context is the focus of our zero-party "fresh-from-guest" intelligence company Rose Hospitality.
