Our guest intelligence platform is built upon API infrastructure for embedding 'fresh-from-guest' intelligence inside your own apps and tech stack components

GET OUR API

Simple GET calls allow you to inject personal guest profiles back into your staff and guest apps.

POST calls allow you to mix your internal staff notes with intelligence collected 'fresh from the guest' - using our API platform to route guest intelligence around your ecosystem with both POST and GET calls.

Fresh guest information best comes from each individual guest, but the pattern of preferences across your venue(s) for a given date or time period, define necessary staffing levels for room set-up, stock planning, menus for food & beverage, and more. Therefore cohort analysis of groups of visitors are required too, with filtered searching across the baseline of all overnight guests and day guests.

Our API allows you to filter, search, and render JSON into your own apps and workflows for both guest groups and staff apps.

Our Preference Engine API can accommodate your first party internal data into our guest intelligence service, alongside the 'fresh-from-guest' intelligence Rose Connects gathers externally for you. All data is GDPR secure within your own VenueID restricted methods for POST and GET calls via API keys to our platform.
